ITSQuest is hiring dependable Part-Time Production Workers for a fast-paced chile processing facility in Deming, New Mexico. In this role, you will assist with the sorting, processing, and packaging of chile products to meet daily production goals.

Schedule:

Part-Time | Two 12-hour shifts per week (AM and PM shifts available) About the

Role/Key Responsibilities:

Sort, inspect, and process raw chile on a production line. Operate or assist with machinery and packaging equipment safely. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace. Follow all company safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and hygiene guidelines. Work cooperatively with line leads and team members to meet output quotas.

Shift Details Hours:

2 shifts per week (12 hours per shift)

Options:

AM (Day) and PM (Night) shifts available

Environment:

Food processing facility (may involve standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and varying indoor temperatures).

Qualifications & Requirements Reliability:

Ability to commit to two full 12-hour shifts per week.

Physical Stamina:

Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Compliance:

Must pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.

Experience:

Previous production, warehouse, or food-handling experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
