Job Description

LEARN MORE THAN ONE PART OF THE PROCESS

Precision aerospace castings move through several critical manufacturing processes before they're complete. This position gives you the opportunity to learn and support more than one of them. As a Manufacturing Technician at PCC Structurals - Carson City, you'll support production across Foundry, Investment Casting, and Heat Treat operations. Depending on production needs, you may help move and stage materials, operate equipment, prepare work areas, monitor processes, handle castings, and complete basic quality checks. No foundry or aerospace experience? That's okay - we'll train you! If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in learning how different manufacturing processes work together, this could be a great opportunity.

SCHEDULE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support production activities within Foundry, Investment Casting, and Heat Treat departments based on operational needs.

Learn to operate department-specific tools and equipment through hands-on training.

Load, unload, move, stage, and transport materials, tooling, and castings throughout the manufacturing process.

Maintain part identification, lot traceability, and accurate production documentation.

Handle products carefully to prevent damage and protect product integrity.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 6S standards.

Are dependable, communicate well, and work effectively as part of a team.

Have manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, foundry, heat treat, or material-handling experience - but it isn't required.

Want exposure to several critical aerospace manufacturing processes instead of only one production area.
