Job Description

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Mill Operator in Battle mountain, NV to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly Pay + Benefits.
Pay & Schedule:
$23-28/hour DOE. 12 hours shift. Great opportunity for OT. At $28/hr. and 84 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,968 gross. Key Responsibilities Operate crushing, grinding, conveying, packaging, testing, and shipping equipment safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations Monitor production and processing operations and report any deviations to mill or plant management right away Maintain equipment in optimal condition using preventative maintenance systems and perform troubleshooting as needed Keep a safe, clean, and environmentally sound work area at all times Participate in continuous improvement efforts and communicate effectively with coworkers and management Required Qualifications Experience operating heavy and mobile equipment in a mill, plant, or industrial environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an outdoor field environment Strong safety mindset and commitment to following all operational and environmental procedures Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team High school diploma or GED required "VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
