for a Production Operator!

Location:

Henderson, NV 89074

Pay Rate:

$16.50 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities Assemble battery components including loading cells, soldering, hand crimping, ultrasonic welding, and resistance spot welding. Operate hand and power tools, including glue guns and hot air guns. Interpret work instructions, workmanship criteria, and technical drawings. Participate in continuous improvement training and cross-training across departments. Perform other tasks as assigned to support production needs. Monitor and ensure proper operation of automation machines. Report and resolve issues related to rejected parts to maintain production flow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of manufacturing production processes is preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to change, and rotate through different tasks as needed. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs continually. Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software. Technical and mechanical aptitude with strong organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and follow policies and procedures. Willingness to work overtime as required.
