Cannabis Packaging Technician Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cannabis Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for handling various aspects of cannabis processing, including harvesting, trimming, bucking, pre-roll production, packaging, and manufacturing infused products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Harvesting & Processing:

Assist in harvesting cannabis plants, including bucking and trimming. Ensure proper drying, curing, and storage of cannabis flower. Maintain cleanliness and organization of processing areas.

Pre-Roll & Infused Pre-Roll Production:

Hand-roll or machine-roll pre-rolls with precision. Manufacture infused pre-rolls according to company recipes and standards. Monitor weight and quality control of all pre-roll products.

Edibles & Vape Manufacturing & Packaging:

Assist in packaging flower, vapes, and edibles according to compliance regulations. Ensure accurate labeling and tracking for all products. Work with production equipment for filling and sealing vape cartridges and edibles packaging.

Compliance & Safety:

Follow all state and local cannabis regulations for handling and processing cannabis. Maintain accurate records for inventory tracking and compliance purposes. Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including PPE usage and sanitation practices.

General Manufacturing Support:

Operate and maintain production machinery and tools. Assist in inventory management and supply restocking. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas. Perform other tasks as needed to support production and facility operations.

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
