Join our team and keep production moving! We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Water Spider to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are always available, organized, and flowing efficiently across the production floor. What You'll Do In this fast-paced role, you'll play a critical part in keeping production running smoothly by: Maintaining clean, organized, and well-labeled material storage areas Performing routine Kanban replenishment rounds (4 times daily) to avoid shortages Monitoring material levels and proactively restocking as needed Pulling and delivering non-Kanban materials to production stations quickly and accurately Ensuring all Kanban containers and shelving are properly labeled and positioned Receiving incoming materials and placing them in designated locations Assisting with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation Identifying opportunities to improve organization and efficiency Supporting overall housekeeping and safety of material handling areas

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Kanban systems is a plus ERP experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
