Position Summary Employnet is seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Ambassador to serve as a positive representative of the company while supporting daily production operations. This role promotes a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement by assisting employees, reinforcing company standards, and helping ensure products meet food safety and quality expectations. Essential Responsibilities Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Welcome and assist new associates during onboarding and training. Reinforce company policies, food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards. Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions and directing concerns to the appropriate department. Monitor production areas to encourage safe work practices and compliance with company procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs. Assist with employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives. Support production teams by ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient. Help identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity. Maintain accurate documentation and complete assigned administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, customer service, or a leadership role preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
