Overview Duraflex International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automated Paint Booth Operator . As part of our production team, you'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while operating advanced coating equipment. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with precision, and continuously learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and perform basic care of paint booth equipment to ensure optimal performance Load and unload materials into the automated paint booth according to production schedules Monitor and troubleshoot pumps and production equipment as needed Conduct lab testing to support quality control processes Perform routine in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are met Assist with additional production tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Pay:

$25.75 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
