Job Description
This is a hands-on position working in a fast-paced sign and vehicle graphics shop. You'll help our production team turn digital designs into finished signs, decals, vehicle graphics, banners, and other custom products. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in producing quality work. What You'll Do Prepare, trim, weed, tape, and finish vinyl graphics and decals Assist with printing, laminating, mounting, and finishing graphics Prepare materials for vehicle wrap and installation projects Produce banners, signs, decals, and other graphic products Learn to operate production equipment and finishing tools Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Organize materials and keep production areas clean and efficient Help stage and prepare jobs for the installation department Follow job tickets, measurements, and production instructions Assist other members of the production team as needed What We're Looking For Experience is not required. We will train you. We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up to work on time Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable working with their hands and using basic tools Can accurately read a tape measure Can follow written and verbal instructions Is willing to learn new equipment and processes Works well independently and as part of a team Can stay organized while working on multiple jobs Takes pride in producing clean, accurate work Is comfortable working on their feet throughout the day Experience in signs, printing, vehicle graphics, vinyl, fabrication, construction, automotive work, woodworking, manufacturing, or another hands-on trade is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. Applicants should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift and move production materials and equipment.
