Prepare fields by watering, dragging, chalking, and maintaining cleanliness. Pick up trash, empty cans, clean restrooms, and maintain bleacher areas. Provide facility information and assist the public; respond to inquiries. Promote safety, enforce facility rules, and maintain order. Complete accident/incident reports and notify law enforcement when needed. Report maintenance issues, vandalism, and repair needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Work independently and handle difficult situations with minimal supervision. Learn and apply rules, policies, and procedures. Prepare clear written reports and communicate effectively. Recognize hazards and make sound decisions. Follow oral and written instructions. Maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public. Perform heavy physical labor; lift up to 60 lbs.
