Job Summary Employnet is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join the team. Production Associates are responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and packaging of food products while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate production and packaging equipment according to company procedures. Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients as directed. Package, label, and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Load and unload materials, ingredients, and finished products. Perform material handling and move products throughout the production area. Monitor production lines and report equipment or product issues to supervisors. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Complete hand counts and verify quantities as needed. Maintain accurate production and inventory records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. Follow all food safety, GMP, and company policies. Safely use hand tools, pallet jacks, and other warehouse/production equipment. Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food-processing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Good attendance and reliability are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Must follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
