Job Description
Job title Production Printer Reports to Plant Manager Job purpose The Production Printer will be trained in multiple departments to inform and educate them on production process. The daily routine will require the candidate to be on their feet nearly 100% of the time and includes walking, standing, reaching, lifting, stooping or bending. Payrate is dependent on experience. Production Printer Duties and responsibilities Attain proficiency in the setup, functionality, and operation of multiple printing machines across different platforms Promptly and accurately completes all record keeping assignments Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area Ability to multi-task while dealing with multiple, competing priorities that centers around the on-time delivery of multiple orders Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager Production Printer Qualifications Judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills Flexibility to learn, to accept new challenges, and to perform multiple roles Regularly required to balance; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear, lift a minimum of 50 lbs. The salary/hourly range indicated in this posting represents a reasonable estimate of the salary range for the position.
