Job Description

Career Start is currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Production Workers for a manufacturing company in Akron, NY. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals. 1st

Shift:

5 am to 130 pm Monday through Friday 2nd

Shift:

1 pm to 930 pm Monday through Friday 3rd

Shift:

9 pm to 530 am Responsibilities of the

Production Worker:

Operate molding and packaging machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain cleanliness in assigned production areas, including sweeping floors and removing debris. Handle materials efficiently and safely. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Requirements of the

Production Worker:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift. #SP123
