Production Support Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Support Associate to join our embroidery operations team. As a Production Support Associate you will be responsible for picking orders, preparing orders for production, and/or finishing orders.

Responsibilities:

Picking:

Using tablet, ring scanner or similar technology you will walk the warehouse floor picking inventory into Order Totes.

Pre-Production:

Unpack, and prepare orders for production.

Embroidery Finishing:

Trim excess thread and remove hoop from embroidered items. Inspect embroidery for quality and accuracy. Repair or re-embroider as needed.

Finishing and Packaging:

Fold, steam, and bag apparel items for shipping. Package and prepare orders for distribution. Ensure accurate labeling and packaging.

Warehouse and Cleaning Duties:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory management and organization as well as other warehouse tasks as needed including picking, packing and other order fulfillment duties.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of apparel care, attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift and move items (up to 40 lbs). Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with industrial embroidery machines. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
