To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking Manufacturing Associates (Production) to join us as at Gleason Avery, our gearmotor manufacturer based in Auburn, NY.

Responsibilities :

Hand assembly of various sub-assemblies and gear motors. Visually inspect all work and rework as necessary Follow all safety, quality and other company rules Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area Rotate to various jobs as needed Perform other tasks as required. Test finished sub-assemblies and final parts for quality as instructed Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment and work surroundings Willing to comply with COVID mask mandates when needed Follow quality guidelines as provided

Skills Needed:

Ability to follow written instructions Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Follow company procedures and directives Is reliable and works well with others. Must have excellent attendance Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
