Responsibilities may include:

Assembling components according to work instructions and specifications Working with small parts and various components Performing hands-on assembly and production tasks Following established manufacturing and safety procedures Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy Identifying and reporting defects or quality concerns Maintaining an organized and safe work area Meeting production and quality expectations Working as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently What We're Looking For Successful candidates should be: Dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly work Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment Able to work independently as well as part of a team Willing to learn new processes and take direction Able to consistently work the full 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday-Friday schedule Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work history and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
