Job Description

As an Mixer I you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment according to specifications. This is an entry level production position. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday (7am to 3pm) will overtime required on weekends. You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. This role is based in Beacon, New York. A day in the life of an Operator I can look like Creating a safe work environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Managing the production process to ensure product meets quality specifications. Working as a team to efficiently set up and monitor production of machines. Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations of the shift Reads and communicates Process Route Sheet to determine specific requirements of the job Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures Maintains housekeeping and organization of assigned area Communicates quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Operate forklift to move material We are looking for you to have High School diploma or equivalent Excellent Communication Skills Experience in manufacturing environment preferred Forklift experience Positive team spirit Entrepreneurial and customer focus Learning agility Ability to deliver what is promised Ability to build relationships through collaboration Ability to work in hot and cold conditions What we offer you The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
