Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently hiring Production Associates to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in manufacturing, learn new skills, and build a long-term career with a growing company.

What You'll Do:

Production Associates may be responsible for a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks, including: Operating production equipment and assisting with finishing processes. Racking and un-racking parts onto production racks. Masking and preparing parts prior to processing. Inspecting finished parts for quality and appearance. Packing and preparing completed parts for shipment. Following work instructions and customer specifications. Handling and moving materials and finished parts. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Performing other production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Have good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Be willing to learn different processes and work in various production areas
