Manufacturing Now Hiring:
Production Operator I Join a growing manufacturing team where safety, teamwork, and quality are top priorities. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Production Operator I, you'll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and production support Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products Perform quality inspections throughout the production process Complete production records and documentation accurately Operate scrap grinding equipment and support recycling efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures Participate in daily shift meetings and be clocked in and ready to begin 15 minutes before your scheduled shift
Schedule & Pay Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Available Shifts A Shift:
12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Shift Differential Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM No shift differential applies between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Paid Breaks Two paid 15-minute breaks each shift One paid 30-minute lunch What We're Looking For Successful completion of required Production Operator I and Packer I assessments (forming or printing) Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
