• What You'll Be Doing
• + Work with ceramic materials in a manufacturing environment + Polish, grind, deburr, and finish parts + Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers + Inspect products for quality and accuracy + Move materials throughout the facility + Operate production equipment and hand tools + Follow work instructions and safety procedures + Keep your work area clean and organized + Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift •What We're Looking For•Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience Ability to read a tape measure Basic math and measurement skills Experience using hand tools Strong attention to detail Reliable with a willingness to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced environment •Preferred Experience•+ Calipers or micrometers + Forklift experience + Quality inspection + Machine operation + Grinding, polishing, or deburring + Industrial manufacturing environments •Work Environment•+ Industrial manufacturing facility + 1st shift schedule + Non-climate-controlled shop + Work around machinery, furnaces, and production equipment + PPE required •Ideal Candidate•Someone with manufacturing, warehouse, machine operating, or general labor experience who enjoys hands-on work, can take accurate measurements, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential.

• The pay range for this position is $18.

00 - $22.00/hr.
