Our products are proudly built in our local manufacturing facility by union labor and are sold throughout the United States and around the world. We are looking for a Spray Booth Operator to join our production team. This is an important role in ensuring that our products meet HARD Manufacturing's high standards for quality and appearance. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, organized, has spray booth experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . What You'll Do Organize and stage parts for painting based on production priorities and specified colors. Work collaboratively with the production team to properly hang parts on the conveyor system for processing through the paint line. Operate a spray gun to apply epoxy coating evenly, consistently, and efficiently to product surfaces. Monitor the paint application process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Inspect painted parts for proper coverage, finish, color, and overall quality. Identify and address quality issues before parts move to the next stage of production. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production process. Follow all company safety procedures and required protocols when handling and working with paints, chemicals, and other hazardous materials. Clean equipment and the work area after each job or as required. Assist other production departments with assigned tasks when the paint line is not actively running. Perform other duties as needed to support the production team. What You'll Bring Previous experience in manufacturing, epoxy application, spraying, or a similar production environment is preferred. Ability to operate a spray gun safely and effectively, or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow production schedules, instructions, and safety procedures. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive production tasks. Ability to safely handle dry epoxy, chemicals, and other materials used in the finishing process.
