Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Member and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, contribute to process improvements, and ensure production runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Interpret and follow detailed production documents, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate product assembly. Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise measurements and mechanical assembly tasks. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and material movement within the factory setting. Assist with process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards in production environments. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently while ensuring quality standards are upheld. Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably with assembly line exposure. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and lean manufacturing practices. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus. Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
