These are entry-level, non-skilled positions with training provided. The ideal candidates are reliable, comfortable working in a warm production environment, and able to stay on their feet throughout the workday. What You'll Do Prepare and load sheet pans onto production equipment Assist with the production line and keep products moving Receive and inspect finished products Identify damaged or defective products and report issues Help organize products for packaging Keep the work area clean and organized Follow food safety, sanitation, and SQF procedures Assist with other general production duties as needed What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable and dependable attendance Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Ability to stand for an extended period Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warm production environment Attention to detail and a focus on quality Willing to wear grease-resistant/non-slip footwear No specialized experience is required — training will be provided.
