CONTRACT TO HIRE DAY SCHEDULE

MONDAY-FRIDAY 6:00AM-2

PM Summary:

Seeking a reliable Production Operator to operate machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe work environment in a manufacturing setting. Operate and monitor production equipment Measure and weigh materials for batches Perform routine quality checks Set up machinery and perform changeovers Maintain accurate production records Troubleshoot equipment issues Follow health and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the work area

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

Factory environment with exposure to machinery noise Use of PPE required, including steel-toed boots/shoes Lifting up to 50 lbs. and repetitive tasks involved

GRPA Pay:
