Print Production Assistant Job Description :

Print production assistant/ Customer Service Rep, your job is to manage the production of drawings and graphics and attend the front desk. Much of your work will involve preparing digital files for print. The job also requires some familiarity with specific printers, scanners and copiers, but these are not skills you are expected to know at your time of hire. Your main task is to maintain a healthy production schedule while making sure our final product meets the expectations of our customers and designers. You will also cover the front desk, providing clients with their orders and taking payments. Technical Skills / Experience Previous experience and knowledge of print processes within the industry is a plus Practical operation skills for print and copy equipment Knowledge of print and associated materials Creative skills and design experience are useful but not essential Personal Profile Organizational and communication skills Good time management Show initiative and willingness to learn Ability to work and communicate with a team Adaptability and flexibility to be able to meet the changing demands of the business
