Overview:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient output, quality standards, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet targets, schedules, and quality requirements. Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, including scheduling and overtime management. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Lead, motivate, and manage team performance, training, and development.
