Job Summary:
Machine Embroidery Production Assistants are responsible for supporting embroidery machine production, including embroidery machine operations and post-machine quality and finishing operations. This role involves carefully operating industrial embroidery machines and other equipment to meet studio standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate embroidery machines with efficiency and accuracy to complete production orders
  • Set up machines with proper thread, hoop, and stabilization materials for textile products
  • Ensure products are made with correct colors and stitch quality
  • Operate heat press with efficiency and accuracy to complete production orders
  • Brush, clean, and steam products to meet quality standards
  • Check finished products for quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Report any production problems to the
Machine Embroidery Lead Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate color vision
  • Ability to carefully follow instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to easily adapt to changes in workflow and production process
  • Embroidery or sewing machine experience preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable bending, stooping, crouching, or kneeling to work with machinery and materials
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Work authorization required
