Our client, a food manufacturing company is seeking a Production Worker / Packer to join their team. As a Production Worker / Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the team responsible for preparing, producing, and packaging food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday-Friday 7:00am

• 3:30pm (or 4:00pm if extra work is needed), with potential overtime after 40 hours What's the Job?

Handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery to prepare ingredients for production Follow recipes and work collaboratively with the team to produce large batches of food products Operate and monitor warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety Perform sanitation duties and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production flow What's Needed? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to continuous improvements Comfortable multitasking and switching between tasks quickly Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed Interest in learning about food safety, machinery, and production processes Reliable transportation to commute to the Hudson plant What's in it for me?
