Production Floor Worker — Multiple Openings Pearl Leather Finishers —

Johnstown, NY Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 AM-1:00 PM Some Saturdays required

Pay:

Based on level of experience Pearl Leather Finishers is hiring multiple Production Floor Workers for our manufacturing operation. These are hands-on positions working with leather throughout various stages of production.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload milling drums Feed hides into production machinery Remove hides from machines Wipe hides with tack cloth before topcoat Monitor the quality of leather during production Complete required process documentation Perform general cleaning of work areas Follow company safety policies and procedures Stop equipment when necessary if a quality problem is identified

Qualifications:

Experience handling hides or working in manufacturing preferred High school diploma desired Ability to perform physical production work Dependable and able to work as part of a production team Willingness to learn different production processes Attention to quality and safety Please supply a phone number and email address.
