As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where precision, teamwork, and reliability drive success. What You'll Do Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment Produce and inspect custom molded rubber parts to meet quality standards Maintain a safe and organized production workspace Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets Troubleshoot minor production issues and support process improvements What You Bring Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work independently and stay productive Dependable work ethic and strong attendance Additional Qualifications Basic math skills, including use of a calculator for counts Reliable transportation Willingness to learn, be cross-trained, and grow within the company Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a leading North American manufacturer known for innovation in custom rubber molded products. Work Environment This role is based in a non-climate-controlled production facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
