2989944580-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking a Testing Only professional to support our manufacturing operations within our global food and agriculture network. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, follow strict safety and quality standards, and help ensure consistent output of high-quality food products. You will document production data, perform basic troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for food products Follow safety, quality, and sanitation standards in all tasks Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment troubleshooting Record production data and report issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Assist in process improvements and efficiency initiatives Handle raw materials and finished goods according to specifications Participate in training on new procedures and technologies Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Required Skills Manufacturing equipment operation Basic mechanical troubleshooting Quality control and inspection Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety and OSHA compliance Data entry and production reporting Forklift or material handling (preferred) Lean manufacturing principles Basic computer skills Reading technical instructions and SOPs
