2989944535-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking an Operations Technology Support Specialist to keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will support and maintain plant-floor OT systems, including industrial control, monitoring, and networking technologies. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, minimizing downtime and improving reliability. Partnering closely with production, engineering, and IT, you'll help ensure secure, stable integration between OT and enterprise systems. Responsibilities Provide technical support for manufacturing operations technology systems and equipment on the plant floor Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve OT hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of industrial control and monitoring systems Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT to ensure reliable and secure connectivity between OT and enterprise systems Document incidents, changes, and system configurations following Cargill standards Support implementation of safety, cybersecurity, and compliance practices in OT environments Participate in on-call support rotations and respond to critical incidents Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and standardization Required Skills Operations technology support Industrial control systems (PLC/SCADA) OT networking and connectivity Windows and industrial HMI systems System monitoring and troubleshooting Cybersecurity fundamentals for OTDocumentation and change management Incident management and root cause analysis Manufacturing/plant-floor processes Collaboration with cross-functional teams
