In this capacity, you will guide production staff, maintain high standards for quality and output, and ensure the line runs efficiently. It is essential that you strictly adhere to all established safety, sanitation, and production protocols. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.

Long Island City, NY Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with shifts available from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Saturday availability is required as needed. Compensation The pay rate is $23 per hour, with final offers determined by your relevant experience and qualifications. Core Duties Provide leadership and operational support to the associates assigned to your line. Clearly relay daily production targets and operational instructions to the team. Track the output, quality levels, and overall efficiency of the production line. Help maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all staff follow GMP and company safety standards. Coordinate the setup, changeover, and startup processes for the line. Inspect cosmetic items and packaging to ensure they meet our quality and accuracy benchmarks. Facilitate training and provide ongoing mentorship to both new and current team members. Report any equipment malfunctions, quality defects, or production bottlenecks to management. Ensure all production logs and documentation are filled out with precision. Promote a clean and orderly workspace to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Assist in resolving technical issues to help minimize production downtime. Provide operational assistance to supervisors to help achieve daily production goals. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Background in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred. Prior experience in a leadership or line lead capacity is a plus. Experience working in regulated industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production is preferred. Demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-speed production environment. Ability to remain standing for long shifts and perform repetitive physical tasks. Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate the flexibility to work Saturdays when required.
