Who we are: Shine Electronics is an electronics focused business founded in 1974 and is based out of Long Island City, Queens. Shine's operations have evolved over time but always centering around its people and electronics. Today, Shine is a global distributor of new and used mobile handsets and accessories with $100M+ in annual sales. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Production Assistant to support our Production Team. Responsibilities
  • Support daily production and operational activities
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents
  • Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and deadline management
  • Track production progress, inventory, and operational data
  • Communicate updates and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Help improve workflows and keep daily operations organized
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, and other operational projects as needed Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Qualifications Minimum associate degree required. 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, production, logistics, inventory management, distribution, e-commerce, project coordination, or a related environment is a plus. Experience with consumer electronics, technology products, or similar product categories is a plus.

Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
