Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Assistant / AMT Coordinator to support our Senior Production Manager and contribute to the smooth flow of our product development process. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in production or product development, specifically in the apparel, bags, or accessories industries, and will be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and inventory management tools such as AMT, PDM, or similar programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Style Set-Up:

Entering and managing styles in AMT and other relevant systems.

Vendor Purchase Orders:

Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updates of vendor purchase orders.

Order Tracking & Follow-Up:

Coordinating with factories to ensure timely production and delivery of goods.

Shipping & WIP Charts:

Creating and maintaining shipping work-in-progress charts to track ongoing orders.

Sample Management:

Organizing and tracking samples to ensure they align with production schedules.

Compliance Assistance:

Supporting with product compliance documentation and related tasks.

Invoicing Support:

Assisting in invoicing and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in production or product development, preferably in apparel, bags, or accessories. Proficiency in Excel , Microsoft Office , and AMT (or other similar inventory management programs). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
