Full-Time Location:
Ink It Up Ltd.
  • Mamaroneck, NY Ink It Up Ltd. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Heat Press Operator to join our busy custom apparel production team. This is a hands-on production position applying logos and graphics to custom-printed apparel using professional heat press equipment. Position Details
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour
  • Mandatory Saturdays required during busy production periods and peak seasons
  • Paid training provided Job Responsibilities
  • Heat apply DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers and other heat-applied graphics to apparel
  • Inspect garments and transfers before and after pressing for quality
  • Sort apparel by customer, size, color, and order
  • Match garments to work orders and invoices
  • Prepare orders for packaging and shipment
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions Requirements
  • Must be able to read and understand work orders and invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of apparel (up to approximately 40 lbs.)
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Punctual and dependable attendance is required
  • Willingness to learn new production processes
  • Prior apparel printing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
