As a Production Worker you will : Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and batch records. Operate and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly. Monitor the compounding process to detect and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or safety. Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including batch logs and quality control documentation. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on compounding machinery. Assist in inventory management by reporting material usage and shortages. This is a full-time opportunity Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
