In this essential role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of production tasks within production lines, primarily at designated workstations. Your duties include handling and storing goods and raw materials, setting up production equipment such as robots and inspection tools, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes comply with established safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain production areas and equipment,
  • Perform manufacturing tasks as scheduled by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system,
  • Perform operations within alignment of the work instructions,
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process,
  • Identify parts,
  • Promptly report any deviations or quality concerns to the Team Lead,
  • Packing finished vehicles and/or parts for shipment,
  • Completing tally sheets when required,
  • Adhering to 5S, ESD and EHS regulations,
  • Perform self-inspections,
  • Maintain special process qualifications as required,
  • Perform all assembly tasks and other manufacturing requirements as instructed.
All classifications are subject to skills and ability evaluation within the ILUO process.
Required:
  • Special process certification required
  • Torquing (all operators
  • Crimping (electrical
  • Sealant (only trained and certified
  • Riveting (only trained and certified)
Experience:
  • Two years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment,
  • A strong commitment to quality, effective teamwork, and clear communication are essential,
  • Proficiency in the local language is also important for daily operations and collaboration.
All classifications may be instructed to support various production activities beyond your key responsibilities when necessary.
