Manufacturing Specialist New Hartford, NY $21/hour Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Sapphire Recruitment is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist for a New Hartford-area manufacturer. This position is currently temporary but may have the potential to continue long term based on business needs and performance. What You'll Do Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks using a variety of tools, materials, equipment, and fabrication methods Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and established procedures Set up and perform routine testing on assembled components Inspect completed work before it moves to the next stage of production Troubleshoot basic production issues using visual and mechanical inspection Accurately record production and quality information Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals Follow established quality and safety procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance Submit your resume to utica@hiresapphire.com for immediate consideration.
