Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Temporary Sample Coordinator•1st Shift to join their team. As a Temporary Sample Coordinator, you will be part of the Sample Management Department supporting the Quality and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st (8am•4pm, Monday to Friday) What's the Job? Manage all sample requests for cell nutrition and excipients tied to the Norwich, NY manufacturing site Pull requests from sample systems, prepare, and document samples accurately Coordinate shipping from request receipt through delivery, ensuring compliance with GMP and inventory standards Maintain sample room organization, manage inventory, shelf life, QC holds, and GMP requirements What's Needed? An associate degree (AAS) in business or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered Experience with documentation, recordkeeping, and inventory control Basic understanding of inventory concepts and ability to learn site systems quickly Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move product and supplies, and stand/walk for extended periods What's in it for me?
