Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker

$21Shift:
Rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:45 AM, working 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, with every other weekend off. What's the Job? Operate and assist with all manufacturing equipment including blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS, HTSTs, coolers, heaters, evaporators, dryers, and CIP systems. Perform master sanitation in designated areas to ensure a clean and safe environment. Conduct in-process testing to verify that finished products meet specified quality standards. Accurately complete master batch records following GMP guidelines. Operate forklifts safely and lift up to 55 lbs as required during production tasks. What's Needed? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and neatness in work documentation. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety protocols. Willingness to work in a team environment and support various departmental needs. What's in it for me?
