Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Degreasing
• Grit blasting
• Surface Finishing
• Blending/Weighting/Measuring
• Masking/Damasking
• Following Prescribed Procedures
• Operating Equipment/Furnaces/Forklift
• Documentation and Adherence to work instructions.
• General Housekeeping
• Other related tasks

Very Important:

Work on Tubes (Vi-Pack, prep of Tubes, furnace loading, full cleaning process of tubes). Must be flexible and reliable, overtime is usually a must for this position. Must have good communication skills and capable of following work instructions (very important). Must be a team player and strive to learn and help the team.

Shifts:

• 5:00AM to 1:30PM, Monday to Friday This is a Full Time Position, 8 hours per day, 3 shifts.

Able and willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends if necessary.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. The individual is required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.
