Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will support the smooth operation of our production line by assisting with apparel printing,processing and shipping orders. Your proactive approach and willing to be flexible in different phases of production will help ensure that deadlines are met efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Assist with apparel printing production - Embroidery screen printing and heat applied r printing. Assist in Operation of embroider machine and heat press machines to support manufacturing processes Pack orders and print shipping labels to expedite orders. Interpret production documents, work orders, and apparel mock ups to follow precise instructions for custom orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Collaborate with team members to manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders Requirements Previous experience in apparel printing is preferred but not necessary as long as you are willing to learn. Familiarity with spread sheets and reading work orders accurately Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocol guidelines May need to lift boxes as heavy as 30 - 40 lbs at times Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products while fostering your growth in manufacturing excellence. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
