Cannabis Production Associate (Night Shift)
Location:
Queensbury, NY Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 12:00

$19.00 per hour Position Overview Capital Region Co. Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates to join our evening production team. This role is focused primarily on the final packaging and preparation of our products , ensuring every item meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility. Key Responsibilities:
Final Packaging & Product Preparation Package finished products according to company specifications and compliance requirements. Apply labels, stickers, tamper-evident seals, and other final packaging components accurately. Verify packaging is complete, clean, and ready for distribution. Assemble product boxes and prepare finished goods for inventory or shipment. Quality Control Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Identify and report defects, damaged packaging, or labeling issues. Ensure all products meet company quality standards before final approval. Production Support Assist with production tasks as needed to keep workflow moving efficiently. Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Compliance & Safety Follow all compliance regulations and company procedures. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and other safety gear. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environment. Qualifications High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or assembly is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and follow detailed production procedures.
