We manufacture sewn and assembled products for customers across a wide range of industries. Our facility includes more than 100 sewing machine operators along with employees working in assembly, cutting, packaging, quality, and other manufacturing roles. We are looking for full-time General Factory Workers to help with a variety of light manufacturing and assembly tasks throughout our facility. This is an entry-level position, and no previous factory or manufacturing experience is required. Employees in this position will work in different areas of the facility depending on production needs.
Typical tasks include:
Trimming materials and snipping excess threads Installing rivets, snaps, and other hardware using hand tools Cutting and preparing fabric and other materials Loading materials into machines Performing basic assembly work Moving materials and products between work areas Assisting with other general production tasks as needed This is a good opportunity for someone looking for steady, full-time work in a manufacturing environment. We provide on-the-job training, and qualified applicants have the opportunity to start immediately.
Requirements:
No manufacturing experience required Able to read a ruler and understand basic measurements, including 1/8" and 1/4" Able to follow instructions and learn different production tasks Willing to move between different jobs and work areas as needed Dependable and able to work as part of a team
