The successful candidate will help produce professionally customized T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, uniforms, team apparel, promotional clothing, and other screen-printed products. This position suits experienced screen-printing professionals and motivated candidates interested in developing hands-on apparel production skills. Training can be provided to qualified candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Prepare garments and materials for screen-printing production Review production orders for garment type, quantity, colour, artwork placement, and printing requirements Set up and operate screen-printing equipment after appropriate training Properly position garments for printing Prepare inks and production materials according to job specifications Monitor printing equipment throughout production runs Inspect completed garments for print quality, alignment, colour consistency, and accuracy Identify and separate defective products before packaging Assist with curing, finishing, folding, and packaging completed garments Maintain accurate production counts and order information Keep equipment and production areas clean and organized Assist with maintaining adequate production supplies Follow workplace safety and equipment procedures Work closely with design, pre-press, embroidery, and production team members to complete orders on schedule Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous screen-printing or production experience is helpful but not required for qualified entry-level applicants Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination Ability to follow written production specifications Ability to learn production machinery and procedures Good organizational and time-management skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a production team Comfortable performing hands-on work and standing for extended periods Preferred Skills Previous experience in screen printing, apparel decoration, embroidery, digital printing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, quality control, or other production environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of garment types, printing techniques, color matching, artwork placement, or production equipment would be an advantage.
