Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process and will be expected to perform assigned duties such as operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with factory environments, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely, including forklifts and power tools, adhering strictly to safety protocols. The team member will be assigned support tasks by the production supervisor in multiple areas, including but not limited to o Production

• Making sticks o Production
• Packing sticks o Production
• Packing Pipe Tobacco o Production
• Packing manual (mylars, etc) o Warehouse
• Support / Picking / Packing o Warehouse
• Material handling o Cleaning / organizing Use measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise measurements and mechanical assembly tasks.

Manage manual handling and heavy lifting requirements while maintaining safety standards. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing lean manufacturing practices. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including documentation related to assembly line processes. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while adhering to safety standards in production. Assist in fostering a collaborative work environment. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts within a factory or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Proficiency in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and manual handling techniques. Familiarity with factory experience, including assembly line operations and process improvement initiatives. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply them during assembly processes. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and management. Technical proficiency in managing manufacturing tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Experience with manufacturing management systems or related software is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
