Job Description
About the Job We are looking for a 3rd Shift Production Operator to help make quality foam seats the automotive industry in a safe and efficient way. This role is important to keeping our production running smoothly while meeting safety and quality standards. We value teamwork, respect, and creating a safe workplace for everyone. What You'll Do Follow safety rules and work safely at all times Operate equipment and process parts according to instructions and schedules Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards Package parts correctly using approved containers, labels, and quantities Complete daily checks and paperwork as required Report safety issues, scrap, or quality problems to supervisors Keep your work area clean and organized Work with teammates to produce quality products Handle and dispose of waste properly Perform other related tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication skills and a strong focus on safety Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Standing for most of the workday Lifting up to 35 pounds regularly Bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and other physical movements Schedule 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week 10:45pm - 7:00am Overtime is available and may be required on weekdays or weekends Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Paid vacation and sick time 13 paid holidays Employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement Attendance based rewards and incentives Shift differential What to Expect Next Submit resume We will reach out for a phone screen if you are a fit In person interview and plant tour
