Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Prepare and clean optical glass for coating. Load/unload coating equipment and operate sandblasting equipment. Prepare masking materials. Perform quality checks and follow detailed work instructions. Follow safety, PPE, and cleanroom procedures. What We're Looking For 2+ years manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic computer skills. Comfortable with repetitive work and standing/sitting for extended periods. Reliable attendance and transportation. Ability to distinguish colors and perform visual inspections. Why Apply?
