Be Doing:

As our Production Line Leader, you ll oversee day-to-day operations across the filling and packaging line. You ll train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high, schedules on track, and production standards sharp.

Key responsibilities:

Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality Train team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocols Track scrap with precision and make sure it s disposed of correctly and properly Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP Perform ongoing quality checks, appearance, torque, and weight Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeovers Jump into investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover starting causes Keep your line and your crew tidy, compliant, and always ready Promote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policies Be a strong communicator and a trusted team leader across your shiftsThe essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environmentworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 8 hrs of overtime per weekworking weekends Skills Line WorkLine ManagementManufacturingDistributionLeadingProduction ControlAttention to Detail (1 year of experience is preferred)Line Lead Qualifications Years of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
